Because luxury watches are high-value, collectible items, our return and refund policy is designed to protect both the buyer and the business while maintaining fairness and transparency.

This policy explains when returns are accepted, when they are not, and the exact steps to follow.

WHEN RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED

We only accept returns under very specific circumstances, listed below:

1. Item Not as Described

If the watch you receive has a major discrepancy compared to the listing — for example:

  • Incorrect model

  • Incorrect reference

  • Major undisclosed flaw

  • Missing accessories that were listed

You are eligible for a return.

2. Authenticity Issues

If a buyer has legitimate evidence from an authorized service center or certified watchmaker questioning the authenticity of the watch, we will immediately investigate and accept a return if confirmed.

3. Shipping Damage or Loss

If the package arrives visibly damaged, tampered with, or the watch is damaged in transit, you must contact us within 24 hours with photos/video.
We will assist in filing an insurance claim and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

WHEN RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED

To protect the integrity of luxury watches and prevent misuse, returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:

1. Buyer’s Remorse

We do not accept returns due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Found a better price somewhere else

  • Decided not to keep the watch

2. Wear & Tear After Delivery

Returns are not accepted if the watch has been:

  • Worn

  • Scratched

  • Sized improperly

  • Opened or tampered with

  • Modified in any way

3. Damage Caused After Delivery

Any damage occurring after the watch is in the buyer’s possession is not eligible for return.

4. Market Price Fluctuations

The luxury watch market moves quickly. Price changes after purchase cannot be used as grounds for returning an item.

RETURN TIMEFRAME

Buyers must notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving the watch if there are any issues with:

  • Condition

  • Description accuracy

  • Authenticity

  • Missing items

  • Damage

After this window, returns cannot be accepted.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To request a return, the buyer must complete the following steps:

Step 1 — Contact Us Immediately

Message us on WhatsApp or via email within the required timeframe.

Step 2 — Provide Evidence

Send:

  • Photos

  • Videos

  • Description of the issue

  • Unboxing footage (if available)

Step 3 — Approval Process

We will review the claim and provide:

  • Return approval

  • A return shipping label (if applicable)

  • Instructions for secure packaging

Step 4 — Return Shipping

The watch must be returned in the same condition and with all items included in the original sale.

INSPECTION AFTER RETURN

Once the watch arrives back at Luxe Watch Vault, we conduct a full inspection within 24–48 hours.

We will verify:

  • Accessories

  • Any signs of tampering or wear

If everything matches the original listing and meets return criteria, the refund will be processed.

If the watch shows signs of use, damage, or missing items, the return may be rejected and the item sent back to the buyer.

  • Crypto refund (same coin amount, not USD value)

Refunds typically take:

  • 3–5 business days for bank wires

  • Instant – 24 hours for crypto refunds

In some cases, deductions may apply for:

  • Shipping costs

  • Insurance fees

  • Escrow fees (if applicable)

You will be informed before any refund is processed.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Special orders

  • Watches sold “as-is”

  • Watches sold without papers (unless authenticity is questioned)

  • Any item purchased at a discounted or final-sale price
